To reduce the workload of theoretically having to build eight binaries during the 140-to-153 overlap period, that is, Windows, Linux, Mac Intel and Silicon, we decided the following:
140.13.0-bb25shipped on 21st July 2026 will be the last release in the 140 series. End-of-life for the 140 series will be reached with the release of153.1.0-bb7.153.1.0-bb7shipping on 18th or 19th August 2026 will become the official release for all platforms.
